Bahan Kajian
  1. BK 3.3. Sistem Pengendalian Lingkungan: karakteristik termal, cahaya, akustik, kualitas udara dalam ruangan, dan manajemen energi, serta prinsip dasar dan metode penerapan sistem pengendalian lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.
  2. BK 3.4 Sistem Utilitas Bangunan: prinsip dasar dan metode penerapan sistem utilitas bangunan yang meliputi mekanikal, elektrikal, komunikasi, keselamatan kebakaran, dan mitigasi bencana.
  1. BK 3.3. Environmental Control Systems: thermal characteristics, light, acoustics, indoor air quality, and energy management, as well as basic principles and methods of applying sustainable environmental control systems.
  2. BK 3.4 Building Utility Systems: basic principles and methods of implementing building utility systems that include mechanical, electrical, communication, fire safety, and disaster mitigation.
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Memahami hubungan timbal balik antara arsitektur, ilmu pengetahuan, dan teknologi.
  2. Memahami prinsip-prinsip bangunan berkelanjutan untuk penerapan sumber daya alam dan buatan yang tepat.
  3. Mampu mengidentifikasi masalah berdasarkan analisis atas data yang relevan dari preseden, teori, dan fenomena alam.
  4. Memahami dan mampu mengintegrasikan sistem-sistem bangunan seperti struktur, selubung bangunan, sistem mekanikal dan elektrikal dalam proyek-proyek desain.
  5. Mampu merancang bangunan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip keselamatan, perlindungan kebakaran, dan evakuasi.
  6. Memahami dan mampu menerapkan prinsip dasar termal, cahaya, akustik, kualitas udara, dan pengelolaan energi pada perancangan bangunan.
  7. Memahami prinsip dasar dan metode penerapan sistem bangunan yang tepat seperti sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, data, dan proteksi kebakaran.
  8. Memahami sifat dan karakteristik material berdasarkan pemahaman fisika bangunan serta mampu menerapkannya pada pada bangunan atau komponen bangunan.

  2. Understand the principles of sustainable building for appropriate application of natural and man-made resources.
  3. Able to identify problems based on analysis of relevant data from precedents, theories, and natural phenomena.
  4. Understand and be able to integrate building systems such as structure, building envelope, mechanical and electrical systems in design projects.
  5. Able to design buildings based on the principles of safety, fire protection, and evacuation.
  6. Understand and be able to apply the basic principles of thermal, light, acoustics, air quality, and energy management in building design.
  7. Understand the basic principles and methods of applying appropriate building systems such as mechanical, electrical, data, and fire protection systems.
  8. Understand the properties and characteristics of materials based on an understanding of building physics and be able to apply them to buildings or building components.
