Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mampu mewujudkan bentuk dan ruang yang kreatif pada perancangan bangunan bertingkat sedang (mid-rise) dengan jumlah lantai upper-structure maksimal 8 tingkat, dan sub-structure berupa lantai basemen sesuai kebutuhan parkir dan service.
  2. Mampu mewujudkan bentuk dan ruang yang kreatif pada perancangan bangunan bermassa majemuk, yang memperhatikan komposisi massa bangunan rendah ber-konsep podium 2 lantai, dan bangunan tinggi ber-konsep tower 8 lantai, yang diperlukan untuk mewadahi fungsi-fungsi bertema ruang lantai tipikal dengan pemahaman sistem bangunan suatu unit-unit ruang berulang, melalui penerapan metoda komputasional BIM
  3. Mampu menerapkan ketrampilan menggubah susunan massa dengan berdasarkan konsep-konsep estetika geometri, orientasi massa dan wajah bangunan, prinsip-prinsip tata ruang dalam, dan pertimbangan intensitas kegiatan publik, semi publik dan privat.
  4. Mampu menganalisis dan mengevaluasi lingkungan alam dan manusia pada tapak yang berada di lahan miring/berkontur untuk menghasilkan perletakan bangunan yang memperhatikan pembentukan ruang-ruang luar dan intergrasinya ke ruang dalam, serta implikasinya pada rekayasa lingkungan dan kontur, maupun beban pembuangan limbah dan drainase di tapak berlahan miring, melalui penerapan metoda komputational BIM
  5. Mampu menganalisis dan mengevaluasi tapak dengan memperhatikan karakteristik lahan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek iklim mikro, kualitas view dari dan ke tapak, serta kebutuhan/kenyamanan berkegiatan di kawasan tropis.
  6. Mampu merancang dengan mempertimbangkan keselamatan dan evakuasi, berdasarkan pemahaman komprehensif yang melindungi kehidupan manusia dan harta benda, dengan merujuk pada standar dan peraturan yang berlaku pada prinsip-prinsip penyelamatan dan evakuasi untuk bangunan bertingkat sedang 8-lantai, penyediaan jalur penyelamatan, serta penyediaan hardstanding pemadan kebakaran
  7. Mampu merancang berdasarkan eksplorasi dan pemahaman tentang metode pemilihan dan komposisi bahan bangunan arsitektur yang sesuai untuk bangunan bertingkat sedang 8-lantai yang kuat terhadap panas, angin dan orientasi pada lingkungan, baik pada komponen eksterior maupun interior bangunan
  8. Mampu merancang berdasarkan eksplorasi dan pemahaman tentang metode pemilihan bahan bangunan arsitektur untuk bangunan bertingkat sedang di atas tanah sebagai upper-structure dan berlapis ke bawah tanah sebagai sub-structure
  9. Mampu merancang dengan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip sistem bangunan, mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen struktur untuk bangunan bertingkat sedang 8-lantai (penggunaan material baja, kayu engineered, beton, atau komposit), sistem selubung , bahan, dan sistem mekanis dalam sebuah bangunan.
  10. Mampu merancang dengan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip sistem bangunan yang mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen struktural dan utilitas dengan sistem fungsi bangunan perkotaan melalui penerapan metoda komputasional BIM
  11. Mampu memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar perencanaan kota berdasarkan karakteristik lanskap perkotaan dengan memperhatikan sirkulasi dan aksesibilitas bagi pedestrian, kendaraan, dan transportasi publik, view dari dan ke tapak, efisiensi penggunaan lahan berdasarkan peraturan kota dan pertimbangan konservasi lahan (KDB, KDH, KLB), dan kontribusi pada lingkungan yang berkelanjutan
  12. Mampu menganalisis dan mengevaluasi karakteristik kawasan perkotaan yang berkepadatan tinggi berdasarkan aspek-aspek kebutuhan khusus masyarakat perkotaan yang heterogen, majemuk, mobilitas tinggi, maupun difable (barrier free design) serta penciptaan ruang-ruang bernilai sosial, ekonomi dan budaya, khususnya pada “street-level activities” di bagian podium bangunan.
  13. Mampu merancang secara komprehensif berdasarkan hasil survey fungsi dan analisis tapak untuk identifikasi programming (kebutuhan ruang) dan rumusan masalah perancangan, sehingga menghasilkan rancangan kreatif sebagai solusi at programming dan rumusan masalah perancangan.
  14. Mampu menghasilkan rancangan kreatif yang menyajikan keseluruhan proses perancangan secara komprehensif dalam berbagai tahapan konseptual dan rancangan akhir, serta format presentasi seperti sketsa ide dan diagram, gambar-gambar ortogonal, proyeksi dan perspektif, maket, serta panel/portofolio, baik secara manual maupun digital
  1. Able to realize creative forms and spaces in the design of mid-rise buildings with a maximum number of upper-structure floors of 8 levels, and sub-structure in the form of basement floors according to parking and service needs.
  2. Able to realize creative forms and spaces in the design of compound mass buildings, which pay attention to the composition of low building masses with a 2-story podium concept, and high-rise buildings with an 8-story tower concept, which are needed to accommodate typical floor space-themed functions with an understanding of the building system of a repeating space unit, through the application of the BIM computational method.
  3. Able to apply the skills of composing mass arrangements based on the aesthetic concepts of geometry, mass orientation and building faces, the principles of interior layout, and consideration of the intensity of public, semi-public and private activities.
  4. Able to analyze and evaluate the natural and human environment on a site located on sloping / contoured land to produce building placement that pays attention to the formation of outer spaces and their integration into inner spaces, as well as implications for environmental engineering and contours, as well as waste disposal and drainage loads on sloping land sites, through the application of computational BIM methods.
  5. Able to analyze and evaluate the site by taking into account the characteristics of the land by considering aspects of microclimate, the quality of views from and to the site, and the needs/comfort of activities in tropical areas.
  6. Able to design with safety and evacuation in mind, based on a comprehensive understanding that protects human life and property, with reference to applicable standards and regulations on the principles of rescue and evacuation for 8-storey medium-rise buildings, the provision of rescue routes, as well as the provision of fire fighting hardstanding.
  7. Able to design based on exploration and understanding of the method of selection and composition of architectural building materials suitable for 8-storey medium-rise buildings that are strong against heat, wind and orientation to the environment, both on the exterior and interior components of the building.
  8. Able to design based on exploration and understanding of the method of selecting architectural building materials for medium-rise buildings above ground as upper-structure and layered to underground as sub-structure.
  9. Able to design with an understanding of the principles of building systems, integrating structural elements for 8-storey medium-rise buildings (use of steel, engineered timber, concrete, or composite materials), envelope systems, materials, and mechanical systems in a building.
  10. Able to design with an understanding of the principles of building systems that integrate structural elements and utilities with urban building function systems through the application of BIM computational methods.
  11. Able to understand the basic principles of urban planning based on urban landscape characteristics by paying attention to circulation and accessibility for pedestrians, vehicles, and public transportation, views from and to the site, land use efficiency based on city regulations and land conservation considerations (KDB, KDH, KLB), and contribution to a sustainable environment.
  12. Able to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of high-density urban areas based on aspects of the special needs of urban communities that are heterogeneous, pluralistic, high mobility, and disabled (barrier free design) as well as the creation of spaces with social, economic and cultural values, especially in "street-level activities" on the podium of the building.
  13. Able to design comprehensively based on the results of function survey and site analysis to identify programming (space requirements) and design problem formulation, so as to produce creative designs as solutions at programming and design problem formulation.
  14. Able to produce creative designs that present the entire design process comprehensively in various conceptual stages and final designs, as well as presentation formats such as sketch ideas and diagrams, orthogonal drawings, projections and perspectives, mock-ups, and panels/portfolios, both manually and digitally.
