Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mahasiswa mampu memahami konteks sejarah dan budaya arsitektur dunia dalam kegiatan pelestarian arsitektur. Pemahaman konteks ini diperlukan sebagai dasar penyusunan keputusan rancangan dalam pelestarian sesuai signifikansi budaya.
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami konteks sejarah dan budaya arsitektur Indonesia dalam kegiatan pelestarian arsitektur. Pemahaman konteks lokal ini diperlukan untuk menyusun keputusan rancangan dalam pelestarian sesuai signifikansi budaya.
- Mahasiswa mampu melakukan analisis visual, aspek teknis, fungsional, estetika dan pengelolaan/pemeliharaan diberikan kepada mahasiswa untuk pemahaman mendalam kegiatan pelestarian arsitektur bangunan gedung, baik dalam konteks bangunan tunggal, kelompok bangunan dan lingkungan, melalui pembahasan terhadap studi pelestarian dari Indonesia maupun mancanegara, termasuk pembahasan sejumlah bentuk intervensi a.l. repair/maintenance, adaptive-reuse, addition, alteration, conversion, retrofit dan infill/insertion.

- Students are able to analyse the visual, technical, functional, aesthetic and management/maintenance aspects of building architecture preservation activities, both in the context of single buildings, groups of buildings and the environment, through discussion of preservation studies from Indonesia and abroad, including discussion of a number of forms of intervention such as repair/maintenance, adaptive-reuse, addition, alteration, conversion, retrofit and infill/insertion.
- Able to assess building materials and composition methods that are preserved.
