  1. Pada perkuliahan ini akan dibahas secara sistematik hal-hal terkait proses fabrikasi, yaitu: (1) Teknologi ruang bersih/cleanroom, (2) Teknologi pencucian substrate/wafer, (3) Teknologi vakum (4) Teknologi penumbuhan struktur film tipis (5) Teknik lithography dan pengikisan material (6) Teknik dan proses integrasi (7) Teknologi Assembly dan packaging. Perkuliahan ini juga membahas perkembangan teknologi divais transistor, spintronic, LED, dan sel surya
  2. Mahasiswa memahami prinsip kerja divais elektronik dan oiptoelektronik
  1. In this lecture, matters related to the fabrication process will be discussed systematically, namely: (1) Cleanroom technology, (2) Substrate/wafer washing technology, (3) Vacuum technology (4) Thin film structure growth technology (5) Lithography techniques and material etching (6) Integration techniques and processes (7) Assembly and packaging technology. This lecture also discusses the development of transistor, spintronic, LED and solar cell device technology
