  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan penerapan ilmu dasar dan rekayasa dalam menganalisis sistem dan proses pasca panen pada produk pertanian, kehutanan, dan akuakultur
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan inovasi teknologi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pasca panen di lapangan serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas dan nilai tambah produk
  3. Mahasiswa mampu membuat rancangan sistem dan proses pasca panen dengan memberikan penjelasan secara ilmiah dan teknis yang tepat
  4. Mampu memverifikasi dan memvalidasi menyeluruh terhadap spesifikasi teknis dan kebutuhan pengguna (kinerja, mutu, keamanan, regulas); memakai rencana uji, kriteria penerimaan, statistik yang tepat; dokumentasi corrective action dan preventive action (CAPA)
  5. Mahasiswa mampu merencanakan, menyiapkan, mempresentasikan, dan menjawab pertanyaan dalam proses perancangan

  1. Students are able to explain the application of basic science and engineering in analyzing post-harvest systems and processes for agricultural, forestry, and aquaculture products
  2. Students are able to explain technological innovations designed to solve post-harvest problems in the field, as well as their impact on product quality and added value
  3. Students are able to design post-harvest systems and processes, providing accurate scientific and technical explanations
  4. Ability to thoroughly verify and validate technical specifications and user requirements (performance, quality, safety, regulations); use test plans, acceptance criteria, and appropriate statistics; document corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  5. Students are able to plan, prepare, present, and answer questions during the design process
  6. Students are able to explain their roles and contributions independently as well as their ability to work collaboratively in a team during the design process
  7. Students are able to demonstrate a professional, confident, and courteous attitude throughout the activity
