  4. Makroevolusi: konsep spesies, kriteria spesies, spesiasi, kepunahan, filogeni, sistematik, hubungan filogenetik, rekonstruksi filogenetik, teori koalesen, metode komparatif, historical biogeography, traits-filogeni
  5. Sejarah Kehidupan: peristiwa evolusi kunci dalam sejarah kehidupan, peristiwa geologis penting, catatan fosil
  6. Koevolusi: definisi, tipe (mutualisme, parasitisme, kompetisi, komensalisme), skala spasiotemporal, level (molekul, organel sel, jantan-betina, parents-offspring, gen dan kultur), prinsip, outcomes
  7. Evolusi manusia: Pleiocene radiation of Hominids, Out of Africa, sejarah evolusi manusia di Nusantara, implikasi proses evolusi pada kesehatan manusia, risiko dan ketahanan pada penyakit, virulensi dan atresia
  8. Evolusi dan konservasi biologis: dampak (evolusi) manusia pada kelestarian biodiversitas, aplikasi pengetahuan atas sejarah evolusi organisme pada konservasi biodiversitas

  5. History of Life: key evolutionary events in the history of life, important geological events, the fossil record
  6. Coevolution: definition, types (mutualism, parasitism, competition, commensalism), spatiotemporal scales, levels (molecular, cellular organelles, male-female, parents-offspring, genes, and cultures), principles, outcomes
  7. Human evolution: Pliocene radiation of hominids, Out of Africa, the history of human evolution in the Indonesian archipelago, the implications of evolutionary processes for human health, disease risk and resilience, virulence and atresia
  8. Evolution and biological conservation: the impact of human evolution on biodiversity conservation; the application of knowledge about the evolutionary history of organisms to biodiversity conservation
