  1. BK 1.4 Arsitektur dan Masyarakat: faktor-faktor dan keterkaitan antara manusia, budaya, ekonomi dan kebijakan yang mempengaruhi arsitektur dan lingkungan perkotaan.

Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mendeskripsikan ragam school of thought pengetahuan tentang pembentukan, pertumbuhan, dan perkembangan spasial/lingkungan binaan terutama perumahan dan permukiman.
  2. Mendeskripsikan ragam metoda analisis untuk mengenali kualitas produk dan proses spasial/lingkungan binaan.
  3. Melatih (praktikum) ragam tools analisis produk dan proses spasial lingkungan binaan yang disampaikan meliputi berikut ini. - Analisis tipologi-morfologi/visual analysis dan space syntax analysis; - Analisis preferensi/demand; - Analisis valuasi/evaluasi: Post Occupancy Evaluation, analisis penilaian kualitas lingkungan binaan baik valuasi perseptual (questioner based) maupun faktual (urban network analysis/building performance analysis/path finder analysis/dsb); - Analisis institusional/kelembagaan/social network analysis; - Analisis kelayakan program seperti (social) cost benefit analysis.
  4. Melatih (praktikum) keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam memilih analisis yang sesuai untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan spasial/lingkungan binaan, terkait dengan setting dan konteks yang melingkupinya.
  5. Menyusun artikel ilmiah hasil analisis lingkungan binaan terpilih untuk siap kirim ke publikasi/jurnal nasional terindeks.
  1. Describing various schools of thought on the knowledge of formation, growth, and development of spatial/built environment, especially housing and settlements.
  2. Describing various methods of analysis to identify the quality of products and processes in spatial/built environment.
  3. Training (practicum) in various analysis tools for products and processes in spatial/built environment, including: - Typology-morphology/visual analysis and space syntax analysis; - Preference/demand analysis; - Valuation/evaluation analysis: Post Occupancy Evaluation, both perceptual valuation (questionnaire-based) and factual (urban network analysis/building performance analysis/pathfinder analysis/etc.); - Institutional/social network analysis; - Feasibility program analysis such as (social) cost-benefit analysis.
  4. Training (practicum) critical thinking skills in choosing appropriate analysis to develop knowledge of spatial/built environment, related to its setting and context.
  5. Compiling scientific articles based on selected built environment analysis ready to submit to indexed national publications/journals.
