| Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip dasar rekayasa metabolik, termasuk pemodelan jalur metabolik dan regulasi metabolisme seluler.
- Mahasiswa mampu melakukan analisis aliran metabolit menggunakan Metabolite Flux Analysis (MFA) dan Flux Balance Analysis (FBA), serta mensimulasikan jaringan metabolik menggunakan perangkat lunak yang sesuai.
- Mahasiswa mampu merancang dan mengoptimasi jalur metabolik dalam mikroorganisme untuk produksi metabolit spesifik
| - Students are able to explain the basic principles of metabolic engineering, including metabolic pathway modeling and cellular metabolism regulation.
- Students are capable of performing metabolite flux analysis using Metabolite Flux Analysis (MFA) and Flux Balance Analysis (FBA), as well as simulating metabolic networks using appropriate software.
- Students are capable of designing and optimizing metabolic pathways in microorganisms for the production of specific metabolites.
