Bahan Kajian
  1. Prinsip-Prinsip Geokimia: Siklus geokimia, distribusi unsur, asosiasi unsur, pola Dispersi dan Mobilitas unsur,
  2. Survey dan Sampling Lapangan: sampling sedimen sungai, sampling air, sampling tanah, sampling batuan dasar dan singkapan, sampling vegetasi, gas.
  3. Perencanaan Eksplorasi Geokimia, Design eksplorasi, model konseptual, survey orientasi
  4. Analisis dan Pengolahan Data Geokimia: Analisis Percontoh: Teknik-teknik analisis, Pengolahan Data: Univariate, multivariate, Principal Component Analysis, Latihan penafsiran data
  1. Principles of Geochemistry: Geochemical cycles, element distribution, element associations, dispersion patterns and element mobility.
  2. Field Survey and Sampling: Sampling of river sediments, water sampling, soil sampling, sampling of bedrock and outcrops, vegetation and gas sampling.
  3. Geochemical Exploration Planning: Exploration design, conceptual models, orientation surveys.
  4. Geochemical Data Analysis and Processing: Sample analysis techniques; data processing including univariate, multivariate, principal component analysis; data interpretation exercises.
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mengetahui tentang pola dispersi dan anomali geokimia pada suatu daerah mineralisasi, dan aplikasinya untuk konsep dan teknik prospeksi geokimia di lapangan, melakukan analisis kimia serta evaluasi terhadap hasil survey lapangan dan membuat model mineralisasi untuk keperluan ekplorasi lebih lanjut.
  2. Mahasiswa mempunyai pengetahuan tentang komposisi dan karakteristik geokimia beberapa komoditi bahan galian industri serta pemanfaatannya.
  1. Students understand the dispersion patterns and geochemical anomalies in a mineralized area, and their application to geochemical prospecting concepts and techniques in the field, perform chemical analysis and evaluation of field survey results, and develop a mineralization model for further exploration purposes.
  2. Students have knowledge of the composition and geochemical characteristics of several industrial mineral commodities and their utilization.
