Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa akan mampu menjelaskan konsep dasar manajemen rantai pasok dan logistik, termasuk value chain activity, competitive advantage, pendekatan market driven, serta aspek pemasaran dan manajemen persediaan mineral dan batubara.
  2. Mahasiswa akan mampu menganalisis praktik umum rantai pasok di industri pertambangan dan keterkaitannya dengan penciptaan nilai dan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan.
  3. Mahasiswa akan mampu mengaplikasikan strategi optimasi dalam rantai pasok dan logistik pertambangan, termasuk strategi blending, optimasi pengangkutan, pola pasokan bahan baku, tujuan penjualan, dan optimasi proses bisnis.
  4. Mahasiswa akan mampu membuat penilaian berbasis informasi terhadap strategi rantai pasok dan logistik pertambangan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek risiko, dampak ekonomi, serta tanggung jawab profesional dan keberlanjutan industri.
  1. Students will be able to explain the fundamental concepts of supply chain management and logistics, including value chain activities, competitive advantage, the market-driven approach, as well as the marketing and inventory management aspects of mineral and coal commodities.
  2. Students will be able to analyze common supply chain practices in the mining industry and their relationship to value creation and corporate competitive advantage.
  3. Students will be able to apply optimization strategies in mining supply chain and logistics, including blending strategies, transportation optimization, raw material supply patterns, sales destination optimization, and business process optimization.
  4. Students will be able to make informed assessments of mining supply chain and logistics strategies by considering risk aspects, economic impacts, as well as professional responsibility and industry sustainability.
