  1. Menjelaskan ruang lingkup, orientasi sejarah, filosofi, faktor pendorong perspektif lingkungan dan ekologi atau perubahan untuk perencanaan wilayah dan kota
  2. Menganalisis proses, prosedur, dan hasil perubahan lingkungan yang mempengaruhi perencanaan terutama negara berkembang, wilayah pesisir dan daerah rawan bencana
  3. Menganalisis dan mensintesis isu-isu perencanaan yang memerlukan interpretasi dari perspektif lingkungan dan ekologi
  4. Mengkritisi implikasi sosial dan lingkungan dari perencanaan baru, pendekatan kebijakan terhadap perubahan lingkungan saat ini
  5. Mengintervensi, mencerminkan, atau mempromosikan solusi prospektif dalam perencanaan terhadap perubahan lingkungan yang mempengaruhi masyarakat dan konfigurasi spasial
  1. Explain the scope, historical orientation, philosophy, drivers of environmental and ecological perspectives or changes for urban and regional planning
  2. Analyze the processes, procedures, and outcomes of environmental change affecting planning especially developing countries, coastal areas and disaster prone areas
  3. Analyze and synthesize planning issues that require interpretation from an environmental and ecological perspective
  4. Critique the social and environmental implications of new planning, policy approaches to current environmental changes
  5. Intervene, reflect, or promote prospective solutions in planning to environmental changes affecting society and spatial configurations
