- Memaparkan wilayah benda-benda kecil tata surya dari benda-benda dekat Bumi hingga Objek Trans-Neptunus dan/atau awan komet Oort
- Memaparkan sistem magnitudo standar dan kelas taksonomi utama asteroid dan komet
- Memaparkan mekanisme perpindahan asteroid di Sabuk Utama ke wilayah lain di Tata Surya
- Memaparkan konsep utama Objek Berpotensi Berbahaya (Potentially Hazardous Objects)
- Memahami sifat fisik meteorit
- Memaparkan efek radiasi termal pada pelepasan gas/jet asteroid dan komet
- Memecahkan masalah yang berkaitan dengan sifat fisik dan orbital asteroid dan komet.
