| Metode Pembelajaran | Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam mata kuliah ini adalah collaborative learning secara luring, dengan pendekatan ekspositori dan diskusi terarah.
Pada paruh pertama perkuliahan, dosen memberikan pengenalan konsep dasar seni rupa serta posisinya dalam relasi dengan desain dan kriya di Indonesia. Mahasiswa juga diperkenalkan pada sejarah singkat ITB dan peran seni rupa dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.
Paruh kedua perkuliahan difokuskan pada pengenalan berbagai interseksi seni rupa dengan tradisi, budaya populer, ilmu pengetahuan, dan teknologi sebagai respons atas perkembangan sosial dan budaya kontemporer. Diskusi kelas digunakan untuk mendorong partisipasi mahasiswa dan melatih kemampuan mengamati serta mengungkapkan pemahaman awal mereka terhadap fenomena seni rupa. | The teaching method used in this course is offline collaborative learning, with an expository approach and guided discussions.
In the first half of the lecture, the lecturer provides an introduction to the basic concepts of fine art and its position in relation to design and crafts in Indonesia. Students are also introduced to a brief history of ITB and the role of fine art in the development of science and technology.
The second half of the lecture focuses on introducing the various intersections of fine art with tradition, popular culture, science, and technology in response to contemporary social and cultural developments. Class discussions are used to encourage student participation and hone their ability to observe and express their initial understanding of fine art phenomena. |

| Modalitas Pembelajaran | Modalitas pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah ini meliputi:
• Perkuliahan tatap muka secara luring.
• Diskusi kelas, diskusi kelompok kecil, dan sesi debat.
• Penggunaan materi visual (gambar, video, studi kasus karya seni).
• Penggunaan materi bacaan yang relevan.
• Penugasan tertulis singkat dan kuis sebagai sarana refleksi dan penguatan pemahaman.
Mahasiswa diharapkan aktif mengikuti perkuliahan, membaca bahan yang diberikan, serta berpartisipasi dalam diskusi untuk mencapai capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah. | The learning modalities in this course include:
