Bahan Kajian
  1. Mengembangkan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Contoh-contoh pemecahan masalah dan pemikiran kritis. Hubungan antara pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan. Membuat keputusan dan memecahkan masalah. Konsep dasar keputusan, proses pengambilan keputusan, kualitas keputusan dan solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah
  2. Business plan, kasus dan solusi, pohon keputusan : prosedur dan tahap dalam pembuatan pohon keputusan, pohon keputusan dan pengambilan keputusan, contoh-contoh kasus pohon pengambilan keputusan (decision tree).
  3. Analisis regresi dalam pengambilan keputusan, pengaruh keputusan strategis bagi perusahaan, analisis forecasting dan marketing environment dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan keputusan melalui maksimisasi nilai investasi : net present value (NPV) dan profitability index tertimbang (PIT), pay back periode, IRR dan purchasing power parity, contoh kasus. Analisis penyusutan dan inflasi dalam pengambilan keputusan.
  4. Analisis jalur kritis, hubungan jalur kritis dan aktivitas biobisnis. Economic order quantity (EOQ), Safety stock, and reorder point, contoh kasus.
  5. Konflik dan pengambilan keputusan; Teori X dan Y dalam pengambilan keputusan. Analisis AHP, SWOT dan Analytic Network Process (ANP) dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan tools Super Decision.
  1. Develop the skills needed for critical thinking and problem solving. Examples of problem solving and critical thinking. The relationship between problem solving and decision making. Making decisions and solving problems. Basic concepts of decisions, decision-making process, quality of decisions and solutions in solving problems.
  2. Business plan, cases and solutions, decision tree: procedures and steps in decision tree construction, decision tree and decision making, examples of decision tree cases.
  3. Regression analysis in decision making, the influence of strategic decisions for the company, forecasting and marketing environment analysis in decision making. Decision making through investment value maximisation: net present value (NPV) and weighted profitability index (PIT), pay back period, IRR and purchasing power parity, case examples. Depreciation and inflation analysis in decision making.
  4. Critical path analysis, critical path relationship and biobusiness activities. Economic order quantity (EOQ), Safety stock, and reorder point, case examples.
  5. Conflict and decision making; Theory X and Y in decision making. AHP, SWOT and Analytic Network Process (ANP) analysis in decision making with Super Decision tools.
