  4. Mahasiswa mengetahui aplikasi teknologi DNA rekombinan untuk produksi biomolekul
  5. Mahasiswa memahami aturan standar keselamatan kerja dan mengimplementasikannya pada kerja laboratorium/praktikum
  6. Mahasiswa dapat mencari informasi terkait bahaya/tidaknya zat yang akan digunakan selama praktikum dengan menyertakan MSDS (material safety dan data sheet) setiap zat
  7. Mahasiswa dapat berkerja dan menangani bahan-bahan kimia dan bahan-bahan biologi pada pekerjaan laboratorium/praktikum baik secara individu maupun berkelompok
  8. Mahasiswa mampu menuliskan proposal mini proyek dengan bahasa Indonesia baku dan sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan proposal penelitian
  9. Mahasiswa membuat slide presentasi ilmiah yang berkualitas
  10. Mahasiswa mampu mempresentasi gagasan ilmiah terkait rekayasa protein dengan baik
  11. Mahasiswa mampu bekerjasama dalam kelompok selama menulis proposal, mengerjakan penelitian, menyusun laporan, dan mempresentasikan hasil kegiatan penelitian (mini project)
  12. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip kerja alat, menyusun metodologi dan alur kerja penelitian (mini project), serta mampu menganalisis dan menginterpretasi data

  2. Students know the methods used regarding isolation, purification and characterization of biomaterials
  3. Students understand the recombinant DNA method
  4. Students know the application of recombinant DNA technology for the production of biomolecules
  5. Students understand standard work safety rules and implement them in laboratory/practicum work
  6. Students can look for information regarding the danger/hazard of substances that will be used during the practicum by including the MSDS (material safety and data sheet) for each substance.
  7. Students can work and handle chemicals and biological materials in laboratory/practicum work both individually and in groups
  8. Students are able to write mini project proposals in standard Indonesian and in accordance with the rules for writing research proposals
  9. Students create quality scientific presentation slides
  10. Students are able to present scientific ideas related to protein engineering well
  11. Students are able to work together in groups while writing proposals, carrying out research, compiling reports, and presenting the results of research activities (mini projects)
  12. Students are able to explain the working principles of tools, develop research methodologies and workflows (mini projects), and are able to analyze and interpret data
