Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa memahami prinsip dan teknik analisis kualitatif (reaksi uji) biomolekul.
  2. Mahasiswa memahami prinsip dan teknik analisis kualitatif (penentuan kadar) biomolekul dalam suatu campuran.
  3. Mahasiswa memahami prinsip dan teknik isolasi dan pemisahan biomolekul.
  4. Mahasiswa memahami bagaimana energi dilestarikan dan digunakan oleh sel.
  5. Mahasiswa memahami prinsip kerja enzim dan mengetahui cara mengukur atau menentukan kinetika reaksi enzim.
  6. Mahasiswa mengenali bermacam-macam portal basis data biomolekul (protein, nukelotida, senyawa metabolit)
  7. Mahasiswa mengetahui cara mencari data dan membaca data dari sumber basis data biomolekul
  8. Mahasiswa menelusuri mekanisme kerja dari suatu peralatan medis/diagnosis dan memahami prinsip-prinsip biokimia yang mendasari peralatan tersebut.
  9. Mahasiswa mengetahui dan mempraktekan prinsip biosafety (keamanan dan kesalamatan) selama bekerja di laboratorium.
  10. Mahasiswa mampu mengkomunikasikan tujuan, dasar teori, metode, dan hasil eksperimen dalam bentuk laporan tertulis.
  11. Mahasiswa mampu mengkomunikasikan hasil kajian prinsip-prinsip biokimia pada peralatan medis/diagnosis dalam bentuk presentasi oral.
  12. Mahasiswa melakukan eksperimen di laboratorium dan melakukan tugas kajian secara berkelompok. Mahasiswa mampu membagi tugas dan bekerjasama dengan baik di dalam tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.
  13. Mahasiswa mengenali teknik bioinformatika dengan melakukan praktek menganalisis struktur biomolekul, memprediksi interaksi antar biomolekul, mengidentifikasi kemiripan (similarity) antar biomolekul, dsb, dengan bantuan bermacam aplikasi atau software yang tersedia.
  1. Students understand the principles and techniques of qualitative analysis (test reactions) of biomolecules.
  2. Students understand the principles and techniques of qualitative analysis (determination of levels) of biomolecules in a mixture.
  3. Students understand the principles and techniques for isolating and separating biomolecules.
  4. Students understand how energy is conserved and used by cells.
  5. Students understand the working principles of enzymes and know how to measure or determine the kinetics of enzyme reactions.
  6. Students recognize various biomolecule database portals (proteins, nucleotides, metabolite compounds)
  7. Students know how to search for data and read data from biomolecule database sources
  8. Students explore the working mechanisms of medical/diagnostic equipment and understand the biochemical principles underlying the equipment.
  9. Students know and practice biosafety principles while working in the laboratory.
  10. Students are able to communicate objectives, theoretical basis, methods and experimental results in the form of written reports.
  11. Students are able to communicate the results of studies of biochemical principles in medical/diagnostic equipment in the form of oral presentations.
  12. Students carry out experiments in the laboratory and carry out study assignments in groups. Students are able to divide tasks and work well in teams to achieve common goals.
  13. Students become familiar with bioinformatics techniques by practicing analyzing the structure of biomolecules, predicting interactions between biomolecules, identifying similarities between biomolecules, etc., with the help of various available applications or software.
