  3. Situasi Sosial & Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Sosial: Pengaruh kondisi psikofisik, norma, peran, tekanan sosial, dan dinamika interaksi.
  4. Persepsi Sosial & Komunikasi Sosial (Johari Window): Pemahaman diri, umpan balik, komunikasi interpersonal.
  5. Motivasi Sosial & Dinamika Kebutuhan: Maslow, Alderfer (ERG), Herzberg, McClelland (social motives).
  6. Kepemimpinan, Interaksi Kelompok & Aplikasi Kasus: Teori kepemimpinan (termasuk situasional), diskusi, presentasi, film/role play.
  1. Introduction to Social Psychology & Scope: Definition, scope, and course orientation.
  2. Humans as Individuals, Social Beings, and Spiritual Beings: Personality, values, and the role of social context.
  3. Social Situations & Factors Influencing Social Behavior: Psychophysical conditions, norms, roles, social pressure, and interaction dynamics.
  4. Social Perception & Social Communication (Johari Window): Self-awareness, feedback, interpersonal communication.
  5. Social Motivation & Needs Dynamics: Maslow, Alderfer (ERG), Herzberg, McClelland.
  6. Leadership, Group Interaction & Case Application: Leadership theories (including situational), discussion, presentation, film/role play.
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman, penalaran konsep dasar & perspektif/lingkup keilmuan psikologi sosial.
  2. Mahasiswa menunjukkan kemampuan mendemonstrasikan pemahaman konsep psikologi persepsi sebagai landasan teoritis dalam menganalisis kasus tingkah laku sosial masyarakat.
  3. Mahasiswa menunjukkan minat untuk mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kolaborasi yang efektif.
  4. Mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan analisa riset empirik terdahulu, terkait topik bahasan psikologi sosial (psikologi massa, imitasi, identifikasi, sugesti, simpati).
  1. Students have an understanding and reasoning of the basic concepts and perspectives/scope of social psychology.
  2. Students demonstrate the ability to apply the concepts of perception psychology as a theoretical foundation in analyzing cases of social behavior in society.
  3. Students show interest in developing leadership potential and effective collaboration skills.
  4. Students have the ability to analyze previous empirical research related to topics in social psychology (mass psychology, imitation, identification, suggestion, sympathy).
