Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu memperbandingkan karakteristik jenis-jenis bahan bakar industrial dan memperhitungan konversi energi sistem pembakaran.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip pembangkitan kukus dan penggunaan kukus di industri pangan
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan cara kerja dan mengevaluasi kinerja turbin.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan sistem penyediaan air di pabrik pangan, terutama untuk air umpan boiler dan air pendingin.
  5. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan sistem refrigerasi di pabrik pangan.
  6. Mahasiswa dapat menerapkan neraca massa energi air pendingin dan dapat melakukan perhitungan analitis tentang kebutuhan air pendingin.
  1. Students are able to compare the characteristics of industrial fuel types and calculate the energy conversion of combustion systems.
  2. Students are able to explain the principles of steam generation and the use of steam in the food industry.
  3. Students are able to apply and evaluate turbine performance.
  4. Students are able to explain the water supply system in food factories, especially for boiler feed water and cooling water.
  5. Students are able to explain the refrigeration system in a food factory.
  6. Students can apply the cooling water energy mass balance and can carry out analytical calculations about cooling water needs.
