  6. Konsep proses berkelanjutan dan ekonomi sirkular 
  1. Impact of chemical industry activities on environmental quality and control methods
  2. Types and classification of waste
  3. Potential pollutants from activities in the chemical industry
  4. Regulations related to environmental quality standards, industrial waste threshold values, and environmental quality maintenance
  5. Principles of pollution prevention and control
  6. Concepts of sustainable processes and circular economy
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan dan memperkirakan dampak industri pangan terhadap udara, air, dan tanah.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menerangkan garis besar Peraturan Lingkungan Hidup yang berlaku bagi industri dan isu-isu terbaru dalam pengelolaan dan kebijakan lingkungan.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menerangkan garis besar usaha-usaha pencegahan pencemaran termasuk pendukungnya, seperti EMS (Environmental Management System), 4 R (reduce, reuse, recovery, reduction), Green Engineering, Net Zero Emission, dan Produksi Bersih (cleaner production).
  4. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan teknologi yang dikenal umum dalam mengolah limbah industri, baik limbah padat, cair dan gas, termasuk limbah B3 (Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun).
  5. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan konsep dan prinsip ekonomi sirkular.
  1. Students are able to explain and estimate the impact of the food industry on air, water, and soil environment.
  2. Students are able to explain the outline of Environmental Regulations that apply to industry and the latest issues in environmental management and policy.
  3. Students are able to explain the outline of pollution prevention efforts including their supporters, such as EMS (Environmental Management System), 4 R (reduce, reuse, recovery, reduction), Green Engineering, Net Zero Emission, and Cleaner Production. 
  4. Students are able to explain commonly known technologies for processing industrial waste, both solid, liquid and gas waste, including B3 waste (Hazardous and Toxic Materials).
  5. Students are able to explain the concepts and principles of circular economy.
