Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu memahami konsep-konsep ekonomi dalam pembiayaan pabrik pangan, seperti nilai waktu dari uang, arus kas, dan depresiasi.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu mengestimasi biaya modal dan operasi suatu pabrik pangan dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi teknik.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menilai kelayakan ekonomi suatu aktivitas investasi dalam industri pangan berdasarkan kriteria kelabaan.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi isu-isu global dalam konteks analisis ekonomi pabrik pangan.
  1. Students will be able to understand economic concepts in food manufacture financing, such as the time value of money, cash flow, and depreciation.
  2. Students will be able to estimate the capital and operating costs of a food manufacturing plant by applying the principles of engineering economics.
  3. Students will be able to assess the economic feasibility of an investment activity in the food industry based on profitability criteria.
  4. Students will be able to identify global issues in the context of food manufacturing economic analysis.
