Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Memiliki pengetahuan parameter dasar 1D dan 2D NMR dan MS terkait penentuan struktur.
  2. Memiliki pengetahuan ciri kerangka dasar metabolit sekunder senyawa aromatik dan non aromatik dari alam.
  3. Mampu mengetahui ciri gugus samping metabolit sekunder senyawa aromatik dan non aromatik dari alam.
  4. Mampu mengintegrasikan dan mengolah informasi terkait data NMR dan MS serta pengaplikasiannya pada elusidasi struktur senyawa alam.
  5. Mampu memahami metode pengukuran dan analisis NMR1D dan 2D, serta MS yang dapat digunakan dalam analisis struktur senyawa alam.
  6. Mampu merancang dan menentukan kebutuhan data NMR dan MS dan menjelaskan data yang diperoleh terkait penentuan struktur senyawa alam.
  1. Possess knowledge of basic 1D and 2D NMR and MS parameters related to structure determination.
  2. Possess knowledge of the characteristic frameworks of secondary metabolites, both aromatic and non-aromatic, from natural sources.
  3. Able to identify the characteristic side groups of secondary metabolites, both aromatic and non-aromatic, from natural sources.
  4. Able to integrate and process information from NMR and MS data and apply it to the elucidation of natural compound structures.
  5. Able to understand measurement and analysis methods for 1D and 2D NMR, as well as MS, that can be used in the structural analysis of natural compounds.
  6. Able to design and determine the required NMR and MS data and interpret the obtained data in relation to the structural determination of natural compounds.
