  1. Mahasiswa mampu memahami kerja sistem pertahanan tubuh dan mengaplikasikan untuk terapi penyakit

  1. Students are able to understand the functioning of the body’s defense system and apply it to disease therapy.
  2. Students are able to understand the mechanisms of bacterial pathogenesis.
  3. Students are able to understand the mechanisms of viral pathogenesis.
  4. Students are able to understand the mechanisms of parasitic pathogenesis.
  5. Students understand the drug development process, starting from candidate drug characterization, discovery, and various testing stages from animal models to clinical trials.
  6. Students understand the interconnections of energy metabolism pathways at the organ level and relate them to diseases arising from metabolic disorders.
  7. Students understand hormone function and relate it to diseases resulting from disruptions in hormone-regulated energy metabolism.
  8. Students are able to understand signal transduction pathways and their regulation, and relate them to the processes involved in cancer development.
  9. Students select interesting topics on the latest developments in the field of biomedicine, prepare summaries, and present them in class.
