Catatan TambahanMata kuliah ini membekali mahasiswa dengan pemahaman teknis mengenai sistem konstruksi interior dan sistem utilitas bangunan yang berhubungan langsung dengan desain interior. Materi meliputi prinsip, metode, dan penerapan konstruksi pada elemen interior (partisi, plafon, lantai, furnitur, detail sambungan), serta sistem utilitas (pencahayaan, penghawaan, akustik, instalasi listrik, air bersih, pembuangan limbah, keamanan, dan jaringan komunikasi). Melalui kuliah, studi kasus, dan latihan perancangan detail, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu mengintegrasikan aspek konstruksi dan utilitas ke dalam rancangan interior dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknis, ergonomi, keamanan, efisiensi energi, serta keberlanjutan.This course equips students with a technical understanding of interior construction systems and building utility systems directly related to interior design. The material covers the principles, methods, and applications of construction in interior elements (partitions, ceilings, floors, furniture, connection details), as well as utility systems (lighting, ventilation, acoustics, electrical installations, clean water, waste disposal, security, and communication networks). Through lectures, case studies, and detailed design exercises, students are expected to integrate construction and utility aspects into interior designs, taking into account technical aspects, ergonomics, safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
