Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Memahami elektronika fisika devais-devais aktif elektronika dan mampu melakukan analisis terhadap karakteristik yang dimulai dengan menurunkan karakteristik Orde Pertama Arus-Tegangan (Karakteristik I-V). Analisis mengikutsertakan pemodelan devais untuk simulasi rangkaian (SPICE)
- Mampu merancang devais PN Junction, BJT dan MOSFET berdasarkan kebutuhan dan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan
- Mampu mempelajari dan menggunakan CAD untuk melaksanakan proses desain dan verifikasi
- Mampu menjelaskan dan memahami devais state-of-the art pada bidang devais semikonduktor
| - Understand the electronics physics of active electronics devices and be able to analyze characteristics starting with deriving the first order I-V Characteristics. Analysis includes devais modeling for network simulation (SPICE)
- Able to design PN Junction, BJT and MOSFET devices based on the needs and specifications
- Able to learn and use CAD for design and verification
- Able to explain and understand the state-of-the-art devices in the field of semiconductor devices
