  1. Perkembangan dan kegunaan Kimia Organik Fisik
  2. Energi ikatan, panjang ikatan dan orde ikatan serta hubungannya satu dengan yang lain, pengaruhnya terhadap struktur dan sifat molekul
  3. Induksi (I), Mesomeri/Resonansi (R), karakterisasi secara kualitatif gugus +I, -I, +R, -R, +R –I, -R +I dst, serta bagaimana pengaruh gugus tersebut terhadap sifat molekul, seperti keasaman dari asam karboksilat alifatik dan aromatik.
  4. Penentuan mekanisme reaksi secara kinetika dan non kinetika kimia.
  5. Mekanisme mekanisme reaksi substitusi unimolekular, bimolekular dan intramolekular. Substrat, nukleofil, gugus lepas, ion senama dan stereokimia.
  6. Reaksi eliminasi, mekanisme reaksi, geometri hasil reaksi.
  7. Reaksi substitusi elektrofilik pada system aromatic polisiklik dan heterosiklik aromatic.
  8. Reaksi adisi, pada sistim alkena, karbonil, sistim keton yang jenuh

  2. Mahasiswa mampu menggunakan pengetahuan kinetika kimia dalam mempelajari mekanisme reaksi organik.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menjabarkan mekanisme reaksi yang diusulkan berdasarkan pengetahuan kimia fisik dan kimia organiknya.
