  3. Asam amino – struktur dan sifat fisik; stereokimia; sifat asam-basa dan sifat kimia; metode pembuatan dan pemisahan asam amino; aktivitas biologis asam amino dan aplikasinya dalam farmasi/medisinal.
  4. Peptida dan protein – struktur; stereokimia polipeptida; metode untuk penentuan struktur; sintesis peptida; fungsi biologis peptida alami.
  5. Enzim – karakterisasi dan klasifikasi; struktur enzim. Bahan kimia sifat koenzim; mekanisme reaksi enzimatik; penerapan enzim dalam aplikasi farmasi/medisinal.

  3. Amino acids – structure and physical properties; stereochemistry; acid-base and chemical properties; methods for preparation and separation of amino acids; biological activities of amino acids and their applications in pharmaceutical/medicinal fields
  4. Peptides and proteins – structure; polypeptide stereochemistry; methods for structure determination; peptide synthesis; biological functions of natural peptides
  5. Enzymes – characterization and classification; enzyme structure; chemical properties of coenzymes; enzymatic reaction mechanisms; application of enzymes in pharmaceutical/medicinal fields

  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip bioorganik dan perannya dalam sistem kehidupan.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan struktur biomakromolekul (karbohidrat, asam amino, peptida, protein, enzim, nukleotida, lipid), interaksi antarmolekul dan aplikasinya khususnya dalam bidang farmasi/medisinal.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu mencari, menelaah, menuliskan, dan menyampaikan informasi secara tertulis maupun lisan terkait struktur, fungsi, dan aplikasi senyawa makromolekul dalam kehidupan.
  1. Students are able to explain the principles of bioorganic chemistry and their roles in living systems.
  2. Students are able to explain the structure of biomacromolecules (carbohydrates, amino acids, peptides, proteins, enzymes, nucleotides, lipids), intermolecular interactions, and their applications, particularly in pharmaceutical/medicinal fields.
  3. Students are able to search, review, write, and present information, both in written and oral forms, regarding the structure, function, and applications of macromolecular compounds in living systems.
