Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip dasar kimia analitik serta ruang lingkup penerapannya dalam analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan prosedur keselamatan kerja di laboratorium kimia analitik sesuai dengan standar praktik laboratorium yang baik (Good Laboratory Practice).
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip dasar kromatografi serta membedakan berbagai jenis teknik kromatografi berdasarkan fase gerak dan fase diamnya.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu mengoperasikan dan menjelaskan prinsip kerja GC dan HPLC.
  5. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan dan menerapkan prinsip dasar ekstraksi untuk pemisahan komponen dalam campuran.
  6. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip dan menginterpretasikan hasil pengukuran dengan spektroskopi UV-Vis dan IR untuk identifikasi dan karakterisasi senyawa.
  7. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip serta menerapkan teknik potensiometri dan voltammetri dalam analisis elektrokimia.
  1. Students are able to explain the basic principles of analytical chemistry and the scope of their application in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  2. Students are able to apply safety procedures in the analytical chemistry laboratory in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
  3. Students are able to explain the basic principles of chromatography and distinguish various chromatographic techniques based on their mobile and stationary phases.
  4. Students are able to operate and explain the working principles of GC and HPLC.
  5. Students are able to explain and apply the basic principles of extraction for the separation of components in mixtures.
  6. Students are able to explain the principles and interpret measurement results obtained using UV–Vis and IR spectroscopy for the identification and characterization of compounds.
  7. Students are able to explain the principles and apply potentiometric and voltammetric techniques in electrochemical analysis.
