Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Menerapkan konsep-konsep terkini dalam farmakologi
  2. Mahasiswa mampu mengintegrasikan berbagai jenis data biologis (omik, fenotipik, struktural) dan menerapkan pendekatan biologi sistem untuk mengembangkan model komputasi proses farmakologi.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu memanfaatkan alat komputasional, termasuk machine learning, penapisan in silico, dan analisis jaringan, untuk mengidentifikasi target obat dan memprediksi efektivitas dan keamanan obat.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu mengembangkan model komputasional sederhana untuk mensimulasikan proses biologis, memprediksi interaksi dan target obat, dan melakukan stratifikasi populasi pasien untuk pendekatan pengobatan presisi.
  5. Mengusulkan konsep-konsep terkini dalam farmakologi dalam menyusun riset penelitian
  1. Students are able to apply advanced concenpts in pharmacology
  2. Students are able to integrate various types of biological data (omics, phenotypic, structural) and apply systems biology approaches to develop computational models of pharmacological processes
  3. Students are able to utilize computational tools, including machine learning, in silico screening, and network analysis, to identify drug targets and predict drug efficacy and safety.
  4. Students are able to develop simple computational models to simulate biological processes, predict drug interactions and targets, and stratify patient populations for precision medicine approaches.
  5. Students are able to propose advanced concepts in pharmacology to design research
