Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Menjelaskan peran proyek dalam penciptaan nilai bagi bisnis atau strategi organisasi/perusahaan pada konteks lokal, nasional, dan global.
  2. Menjelaskan konsep dan teknik yang terkait dengan lima proses utama dalam siklus manajemen proyek sesuai PMBOK.
  3. Menerapkan konsep dan teknik pada sepuluh area pengetahuan manajemen proyek untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis persoalan proyek.
  4. Menganalisis permasalahan manajemen proyek dan menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan yang selaras dengan tujuan strategis organisasi.
  5. Mengevaluasi implikasi etika, pemangku kepentingan, risiko, dan konteks global dalam pengelolaan proyek.
  6. Bekerja sama secara efektif dalam tim untuk menyelesaikan analisis kasus dan pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan proyek.
  1. Explaining the role of projects in value creation for business or organizational/corporate strategy within local, national, and global contexts
  2. Explaining the concepts and techniques associated with the five principal processes in the project management lifecycle in accordance with the PMBOK framework
  3. Applying concepts and techniques across the ten project management knowledge areas to identify and analyze project-related issues
  4. Analyzing project management challenges and formulating improvement recommendations aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
  5. Evaluating the ethical implications, stakeholder considerations, risk factors, and global contextual dimensions in project governance and management
  6. Collaborating effectively within a team to conduct case analysis and facilitate informed decision-making in project management practice
