  3. Mampu mendemonstrasikan umpan balik yang konstruktif dalam proses evaluasi budaya, value, dan dinamika kelompok atau organisasi.
  4. Mampu mendemonstrasikan inisiatif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan values menjadi budaya kelompok atau organisasi.
