  2. Mampu menggunakan penilaian teknis dan ekonomis untuk mengambil kesimpulan yang komprehensif terkait kelayakan pengembangan sistem transportasi
  3. Mampu mengidentifikasi dan menilai tingkat permasalahan rencana pengembangan sistem transportasi.
  4. Mampu mengevaluasi kelayakan rencana pengembangan transportasi sistem yang kompleks
