  1. BK 2.2 Perencanaan Tapak dan Ruang Luar: menganalisis dan mengevaluasi lingkungan alam dan manusia dari tapak, memahami karakteristik kawasan, dan merencanakan ruang luar, tapak dan perencanaan tapak berdasarkan pemahaman perencanaan lanskap perkotaan
  1. BK 2.2 Site and Outdoor Space Planning: analyse and evaluate the natural and human environment of the site, understand the characteristics of the area, and plan the outdoor space, site and site planning based on the understanding of urban landscape planning.
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mampu memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar perencanaan dan perancangan tapak.
  2. Mampu membaca peta dan memahami beragam karakter tapak.
  3. Mampu melakukan inventarisasi tapak terkait aspek fisik, biologis, dan budaya, serta analisis tapak untuk menggali potensi dan isu pada tapak.
  4. Mampu merencanakan dan merancang tapak pada permukaan tanah relatif datar maupun pada tapak miring, yang meliputi tata letak dan arahan gubahan massa bangunan, dengan menyelesaikan permasalahan tapak dan memanfaatkan potensi tapak.
  5. Mampu merancang pembentukan muka tanah (grading) dan utilitas tapak.
  6. Mampu menyajikan hasil inventarisasi, analisis, konsep dan hasil perencanaan dan perancangan tapak dalam berbagai bentuk media komunikasi.
  1. Able to understand the basic principles of site planning and design.
  2. Able to read maps and understand various site characters.
  3. Able to conduct site inventory related to physical, biological, and cultural aspects, as well as site analysis to explore potential and issues on the site.
  4. Able to plan and design a site on a relatively flat land surface or on a sloping site, which includes the layout and direction of building massing, by solving site problems and utilising site potential.
  5. Able to design land formation (grading) and site utilities.
  6. Able to present the results of inventory, analysis, concepts and results of site planning and design in various forms of communication media.
