  1. BK 2.7 Perancangan Komprehensif berbasis Penelitian: merancang secara komprehensif yang berbasis penelitian untuk menghasilkan rancangan kreatif, yang mencakup identifikasi masalah dan solusi berdasarkan penyelidikan/analisis dan penelitian mendalam, serta menyajikan keseluruhan proses perancangan secara komprehensif dalam berbagai format seperti gambar, makalah, laporan, dan panel.
  2. BK 4.2 Undang-Undang Arsitek, Undang-Undang Bangunan Gedung, dan Peraturan Terkait: hak dan tanggung jawab eksklusif dari arsitek, serta penerapan praktis dalam memahami Undang-Undang Bangunan Gedung dan peraturan terkait yang relevan dengan bidang arsitektur, yang berfokus pada perlindungan keselamatan publik dan hak kepemilikan warga negara.
  1. BK 2.7 Research-based Comprehensive Design: research-based comprehensive design to produce creative designs, which includes identifying problems and solutions based on in-depth investigation/analysis and research, and presenting the entire design process comprehensively in various formats such as drawings, papers, reports, and panels.
  2. BK 4.2 Architects Act, Building Act, and Related Regulations: The exclusive rights and responsibilities of architects, as well as the practical application of understanding the Building Law and related regulations relevant to the field of architecture, focusing on the protection of public safety and citizens' property rights.
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu menganalisis isu perancangan yang diangkat berdasarkan data-data mengenai tapak, fungsi, dan pengguna yang telah dikumpulkan
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menyusun konsep perancangan sebagai respon dari analisis isu yang telah dirumuskan
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan konsep perancangan dalam rancangan tapak dan bangunan dengan memperhatikan kebenaran sistem dan struktur serta kesesuaian dengan konteks pengguna dan lingkungan
  4. Mahasiswa mampu merancang tapak dan bangunan secara mandiri dan komprehensif, dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar preliminari desain, maket, laporan perancangan dan poster
  5. Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi peraturan-peraturan dan standar-standar yang berlaku untuk tapak dan bangunan yang dirancang
  6. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan peraturan-peraturan dan standar-standar bangunan gedung dan keselamatan bangunan dalam perancangan tapak dan bangunannya
  1. Students are able to analyse the design issues raised based on data about the site, functions, and users that have been collected.
  2. Students are able to formulate design concepts as a response to the analysis of issues that have been formulated
  3. Students are able to apply design concepts in site and building design by paying attention to the correctness of the system and structure as well as compatibility with the context of users and the environment.
  4. Students are able to design sites and buildings independently and comprehensively, and displayed in the form of preliminary design drawings, mock-ups, design reports and posters.
  5. Students are able to identify regulations and standards that apply to the designed site and building.
  6. Students are able to apply building regulations and standards and building safety in the design of sites and buildings.
