  3. Mampu merumuskan medan elektrostatika dari suatu sumber muatan baik di ruang bebas maupun dalam bahan
  4. Mampu merumuskan medan magnetostatika dari suatu sumber arus baik di ruang bebas maupun dalam bahan
  5. Mampu merumuskan persoalan induksi elektromagnetik
