  1. Mahasiswa menguasai konsep dasar pengolahan hasil hutan bukan kayu
  2. Mahasiswa mengenal jenis-jenis hasil hutan bukan kayu baik hewani maupun nabati
  3. Mahasiswa mampu melakukan teknik pemanenan hasil hutan bukan kayu
  4. Mahasiswa mampu melakukan proses pengolahan pasca panen serta diversifikasi produk Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu (HHBK) secara efisien yang mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, dan mutu serta nilai tambah
  1. Students master the basic concepts of processing non-timber forest products
  2. Students get to know the types of non-timber forest products, both animal and vegetable
  3. Students are able to carry out techniques for harvesting non-timber forest products
  4. Students are able to carry out post-harvest processing and diversification of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) products efficiently which can increase productivity, quality and added value
