  1. Mahasiswa mampu memahami potensi teknik budidaya udang dan kerang, pentingnya mengoptimalkan pemanenan produk perikanan
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menguasai teknik pemanenan dan distribusi produk udang, teknik pengolahan yang sesuai untuk produk udang dan kerang; teknik preservasi, penyimpanan dan transportasi produk udang
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menuliskan kriteria/standar kualitas untuk produk udang dan kerang
  1. Students are able to understand the potential of shrimp and shellfish cultivation techniques, the importance of optimizing the harvest of fishery products
  2. Students are able to master techniques for harvesting and distributing shrimp products, appropriate processing techniques for shrimp and shellfish products; techniques for preserving, storing and transporting shrimp products
