Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mampu menerapkan metode dan prinsip rekayasa untuk menjaga kualitas produk hasil pertanian dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknik, ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan.
  2. Mampu mengidentifikasi dan melaksanakan eksperimen laboratorium dan/atau lapangan untuk menjaga kualitas produk hasil pertanian secara presisi.
  3. Mampu menganalisis data untuk menjaga kualitas produk hasil pertanian secara presisi.
  4. Mampu memilih metode dan/atau alat berdasarkan kekuatan dan batasan metode dan/atau alat terkait untuk memecahkan permasalahan pasca panen produk hasil pertanian.
  5. Mampu menggunakan dan menyesuaikan metode dan/atau alat terhadap permasalah spesifik pada pasca panen produk hasil pertanian.
  6. Mampu merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan mengevaluasi tugas dalam tim.
  7. Mampu berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dengan tim.
  8. Mampu meringkas dan menyimpulkan hasil diskusi kelompok.
  1. Able to apply engineering methods and principles to maintain the quality of agricultural products, considering technical, economic, social, and environmental aspects sustainably.
  2. Able to identify and conduct laboratory and/or field experiments to precisely maintain the quality of agricultural products.
  3. Able to analyze data to precisely maintain the quality of agricultural products.
  4. Able to choose methods and/or tools based on the strengths and limitations of the related methods and/or tools to solve post-harvest issues of agricultural products.
