  1. Mampu menerapkan konsep kerja dan panas
  2. Mampu menjelaskan konsep hukum-hukum termodinamika serta perannya dalam bidang pasca panen
  3. Mampu menghitung berbagai macam parameter termal mencakup, energi bebas, entalpi, energi internal, melalui hubungan termodinamika yang ada.
  4. Mampu menjelaskan berbagai macam siklus dalam termodinamika dan penerapannya di bidang pasca panen, serta melakukan analisis terhadap sistem pasca panen
  1. Able to apply the concepts of work and heat
  2. Able to explain the concepts of thermodynamic laws and their roles in the post-harvest field
  3. Able to calculate various thermal parameters including free energy, enthalpy, and internal energy through existing thermodynamic relations
  4. Able to explain various cycles in thermodynamics and their applications in the post-harvest field, as well as conduct analyses of post-harvest systems
