Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan pengetahuan sains dan teknologi informasi untuk memahami prinsip-prinsip hukum kekekalan massa dan energi.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menghitung neraca massa dan energi dengan menerapkan pendekatan matematis.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip hukum kekekalan massa dan energi untuk merancang sistem proses dan operasi produksi berbasis sumber daya hasil pertanian, hutan, dan akuakultur
  4. Mahasiswa mampu mengaplikasikan neraca massa dan energi ke dalam sistem proses pasca panen agar dapat menjaga kualitas produk pertanian, kehutanan, dan akuakultur 
  5. Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi, menyusun, dan menyelesaikan permasalahan sistem pasca panen  yang berhubungan dengan neraca massa dan energi
  1. Students are able to apply knowledge of science and information technology to understand the principles of the law of conservation of mass and energy.
  2. Students are able to calculate mass and energy balances by applying a mathematical approach.
  3. Students are able to integrate the principles of the law of conservation of mass and energy to design process systems and production operations based on agricultural, forest and aquaculture resources.
  4. Students are able to apply mass and energy balances to post-harvest process systems in order to maintain the quality of agricultural, forestry and aquaculture products
  5. Students are able to identify, organize and solve post-harvest system problems related to mass and energy balances
