Each instructor has flexibility in determining the exact cut‐off point for each grade. However the initial cut‐off points for grades A, B, and C should not be less than 80%,65%, and 50%, respectively. Students are considered to be competent if he or she gets at least C. Grades are based on at least two components, and each instructor also has some flexibility in determining the weight of each component.
