Bahan Kajian | - BK 1.4 Arsitektur dan Masyarakat: faktor-faktor dan keterkaitan antara manusia, budaya, ekonomi dan kebijakan yang mempengaruhi arsitektur dan lingkungan perkotaan.
- BK 3.3 Sistem Pengendalian Lingkungan: karakteristik termal, cahaya, akustik, kualitas udara dalam ruangan, dan manajemen energi, serta prinsip dasar dan metode penerapan sistem pengendalian lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.
- BK 3.4 Sistem Utilitas Bangunan: prinsip dasar dan metode penerapan sistem utilitas bangunan yang meliputi mekanikal, elektrikal, komunikasi, keselamatan kebakaran, dan mitigasi bencana.
- BK 3.5 Konstruksi Bangunan dan Manajemen Konstruksi: persyaratan sumber daya fisik, manusia, dan teknis, serta penganggaran yang diperlukan untuk konstruksi bangunan, dan pemahaman berbagai metode pelaksanaan proyek, proses konstruksi, dan manajemen konstruksi.

- BK 3.4 Building Utility Systems: basic principles and methods of implementing building utility systems that include mechanical, electrical, communication, fire safety, and disaster mitigation.
- BK 3.5 Building Construction and Construction Management: the physical, human, and technical resource requirements and budgeting necessary for building construction, and an understanding of various project execution methods, construction processes, and construction management.
