Bahan Kajian
  1. BK 1.4 Arsitektur dan Masyarakat: faktor-faktor dan keterkaitan antara manusia, budaya, ekonomi dan kebijakan yang mempengaruhi arsitektur dan lingkungan perkotaan.
  2. BK 3.3 Sistem Pengendalian Lingkungan: karakteristik termal, cahaya, akustik, kualitas udara dalam ruangan, dan manajemen energi, serta prinsip dasar dan metode penerapan sistem pengendalian lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.
  3. BK 3.4 Sistem Utilitas Bangunan: prinsip dasar dan metode penerapan sistem utilitas bangunan yang meliputi mekanikal, elektrikal, komunikasi, keselamatan kebakaran, dan mitigasi bencana.
  4. BK 3.5 Konstruksi Bangunan dan Manajemen Konstruksi: persyaratan sumber daya fisik, manusia, dan teknis, serta penganggaran yang diperlukan untuk konstruksi bangunan, dan pemahaman berbagai metode pelaksanaan proyek, proses konstruksi, dan manajemen konstruksi.
  1. BK 1.4 Architecture and Society: the factors and interrelationships between people, culture, economics and policy that influence architecture and the urban environment.
  2. BK 3.3 Environmental Control Systems: thermal characteristics, light, acoustics, indoor air quality, and energy management, as well as basic principles and methods of applying sustainable environmental control systems.
  3. BK 3.4 Building Utility Systems: basic principles and methods of implementing building utility systems that include mechanical, electrical, communication, fire safety, and disaster mitigation.
  4. BK 3.5 Building Construction and Construction Management: the physical, human, and technical resource requirements and budgeting necessary for building construction, and an understanding of various project execution methods, construction processes, and construction management.
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa dapat memahami prinsip SDGs.
  2. Mahasiswa dapat memahami dan memaknai Infrastruktur Berkelanjutan dalam skala makro untuk pengambilan Keputusan desain.
  3. Mahasiswa dapat memahami prinsip Circular Economy dalam Bangunan dan Lingkungan
  4. Mahasiswa dapat memahami prinsip berkelanjutan dalam bangunan dan arsitektur, serta bangunan sehat.
  5. Mahasiswa dapat mempertimbangkan Healthy, Safety & Environment (HSE) dalam Bangunan dan Lingkungan
  6. Mahasiswa dapat berkomunikasi dengan efektif serta berkontribusi positif dalam team work.
  7. Mahasiswa dapat mengidentifikasi prinsip Keandalan Bangunan (Kesehatan, Keamanan, Keselamatan, Kemudahan) Gedung dan Lingkungan
  8. Mahasiswa dapat memahami arsitektur melalui pendekatan teknologi digital (BIM, Parametric, Simulator Digital, dsb).

  7. Students can identify the principles of Building Reliability (Health, Safety, Security, Accessibility) of Buildings and Environment.
  8. Students can understand architecture through a digital technology approach (BIM, Parametric, Digital Simulators, etc.).
