| Bahan Kajian | - BK 4.1 Eksekusi Proyek dan Manajemen Perusahaan Arsitektur: ruang lingkup pekerjaan dan tugas sebagaimana yang dirumuskan Undang-Undang Arsitek, dan memahami aspek praktis yang diperlukan untuk pengoperasian perusahaan arsitektur, termasuk perencanaan bisnis, pemasaran dan pengadaan, manajemen organisasi, operasi kontrak, dan manajemen keuangan.
- BK 4.2 Undang-Undang Arsitek, Undang-Undang Bangunan Gedung, dan Peraturan Terkait: hak dan tanggung jawab eksklusif dari arsitek, serta penerapan praktis dalam memahami Undang-Undang Bangunan Gedung dan peraturan terkait yang relevan dengan bidang arsitektur, yang berfokus pada perlindungan keselamatan publik dan hak kepemilikan warga negara.
| - BK 4.1 Project Execution and Management of Architectural Firms: the scope of work and duties as formulated by the Architect Law, and understanding the practical aspects necessary for the operation of architectural firms, including business planning, marketing and procurement, organisational management, contract operations, and financial management.
- BK 4.2 Architects Act, Building Act, and Related Regulations: The exclusive rights and responsibilities of architects, as well as the practical application of understanding the Building Law and related regulations relevant to the field of architecture, focusing on the protection of public safety and citizens' property rights.

| Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan pola hubungan kerja antara arsitek dengan pemberi kerja, dengan sesama konsultan, dengan pihak otoritas, dengan masyarakat dan dengan asosiasi profesi pada tahap skematik rancangan, pengembangan rancangan, penyusunan dokumen konstruksi, tahap konstruksi rancangan, tahap pemeliharaan dan tahap pembongkaran gedung hasil rancangan.
- Mahasiswa mampu membedakan kasus atau kegiatan yang melanggar dan yang tidak melanggar kode etik arsitek dan/atau hukum yang berlaku baik di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri, serta mampu bersikap bijak sesuai kode etik tersebut.
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami berbagai aspek legal yang terkait dengan profesi aritek termasuk Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Arsitek.
| - Students are able to explain the pattern of work relationships between architects and employers, with fellow consultants, with authorities, with the public and with professional associations at the schematic design stage, design development, preparation of construction documents, design construction stage, maintenance stage and demolition stage of the designed building.
- Students are able to distinguish cases or activities that violate and those that do not violate the architectural code of ethics and/or applicable laws both in Indonesia and abroad, and are able to behave wisely according to the code of ethics.
- Students are able to understand various legal aspects related to the architect profession including Architect Intellectual Property Rights.
