| Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mampu memilih metode analisis kimiawi (non-instrumental maupun instrumental) yang tepat untuk suatu permasalahan.
- Mampu memaparkan metode-metode analisis kimiawi: titrimetri, spektrofotometri, dan kromatografi.
- Mampu menguraikan prinsip dan teknik pengukuran sifat fisik fluida, karakteristik bahan (viskositas dan densitas), dan besaran utama proses (temperatur, tekanan, laju alir, dan arus).
- Mampu menjelaskan konsep sifat koligatif larutan dan sifat fisik dan kimia permukaan antarfasa.
