Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip dasar rekayasa metabolik, termasuk pemodelan jalur metabolik dan regulasi metabolisme seluler.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu melakukan analisis aliran metabolit menggunakan Metabolite Flux Analysis (MFA) dan Flux Balance Analysis (FBA), serta mensimulasikan jaringan metabolik menggunakan perangkat lunak yang sesuai.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu merancang dan mengoptimasi jalur metabolik dalam mikroorganisme untuk produksi metabolit spesifik
  1. Students are able to explain the basic principles of metabolic engineering, including metabolic pathway modeling and cellular metabolism regulation.
  2. Students are capable of performing metabolite flux analysis using Metabolite Flux Analysis (MFA) and Flux Balance Analysis (FBA), as well as simulating metabolic networks using appropriate software.
  3. Students are capable of designing and optimizing metabolic pathways in microorganisms for the production of specific metabolites.
