Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mahasiswa mampu memahami operasi pengeboran, sistem satuan, persiapan lokasi, peralatan pengeboran dan jenis mata bor, serta cara memilih rig dan menghitung daya yang dibutuhkan.
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami metode deteksi tekanan formasi dan gradien fraktur sebelum, saat, dan setelah operasi pengeboran, asal tekanan abnormal, sifat-sifat fluida pengeboran, efek pembengkakan dan solusinya, serta cara menghitung kehilangan tekanan dalam pipa dan annulus.
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami perhitungan desain drill string untuk sumur vertikal, cara memeriksa klarifikasi pipa, perilaku batuan, aplikasi geomekanik dalam pengeboran, efek tarik dan tekan pada pipa, serta cara menghitung kecepatan pemotongan.
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami rencana geometri lubang, menentukan posisi casing, memahami jenis casing dan parameternya, perhitungan tekanan burst, collapse dan tension menggunakan Metode Beban Maksimum dan Set Minimum, sifat fisik semen, serta penyemenan primer dan sekunder dan evaluasi pekerjaan penyemenan.
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami pengeboran berarah, perhitungan trajektori lubang 3D, metode desain trajektori, mengevaluasi trajektori dari pengukuran MWD, pengeboran multilateral, penyebab well kick, dan metode deteksi tekanan formasi seperti D-exponent.
| - Students are able to understand drilling operations, unit systems, site preparation, drilling equipment, and types of drill bits, as well as how to select rigs and calculate the required power.
- Students are able to understand methods for detecting formation pressure and fracture gradients before, during, and after drilling operations, the origin of abnormal pressures, properties of drilling fluids, effects of swelling and their solutions, and how to calculate pressure losses in pipes and annulus.
- Students are able to understand the design calculations for drill strings for vertical wells, methods for checking pipe clearance, rock behavior, geomechanical applications in drilling, the effects of tensile and compressive forces on pipes, and how to calculate cutting speed.
- Students are able to understand wellbore geometry planning, determining casing positions, understanding types of casing and their parameters, calculating burst, collapse, and tension pressures using the Maximum Load and Set Minimum methods, the physical properties of cement, primary and secondary cementing, and evaluating cementing jobs.
- Students are able to understand directional drilling, calculating 3D wellbore trajectories, trajectory design methods, evaluating trajectories from MWD measurements, multilateral drilling, causes of well kicks, and methods for detecting formation pressure such as the D-exponent.
