  1. Mahasiswa mengenal proses terjadinya korosi dan metoda pengendaliannya, serta mampu mengerjakan perhitungan-perhitungan korosi berdasarkan elektrokimia.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu melakukan Pemilihan Material tahan korosi dan mengerjakan perancangan Proteksi Katodik.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi masalah teknis yang disebabkan oleh korosi serta metoda pengendaliannya
  4. Mahasiswa mengenal metoda pengendalian korosi yang mutakhir
