  1. Dapat menjelaskan definisi dan prinsip-prinsip dasar bioproses serta dapat melakukan perbandingan industri bioproses dan industri kimia.
  2. Mahasiswa dapat menjelaskan konsep dasar isolasi, pemeliharaan, dan pemuliaan strain.
  3. Mahasiswa dapat menjelaskan konsep pertumbuhan mikroba dan pengembangan inokulum.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan berbagai teknik sterilisasi serta analisa kuantitatifnya.
  5. Mampu memaparkan dasar-dasar pemahaman terkait enzim dan komponen penyusun enzim.
  1. Students can explain the definition and basic principles of bioprocess and can compare the bioprocess industry and the chemical industry
  2. Students can explain the basic concepts of strain isolation, maintenance and breeding.
  3. Students can explain the concept of microbial growth and inoculum development.
  4. Students are able to explain various sterilization techniques and their quantitative analysis.
