Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mampu memilih, mengkomunikasikan, dan mempresentasikan data, hasil analisis dan produk rencana dan/atau rancangan secara professional baik secara grafis, tulisan maupun lisan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media yang tepat baik secara manual maupun dengan alat bantu [komputer, dll]
- Menganalisis tren dan kebutuhan daerah yang diteliti, potensi dan masalahnya, serta peluang dan tantangan untuk pengembangan di masa depan
- Mampu menjelaskan prosedur penyusunan rencana detail tata ruang secara lengkap sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku (coded practice);
- Mampu mengidentifikasi masalah dan persoalan area perencanaan secara umum, serta dan masalah dan persoalan proyek perencanaan yang diberikan yang di dalamnya, termasuk permasalahan perencanaan infrastruktur dan transportasi;
- Mampu menyiapkan rencana survei, termasuk kebutuhan data dan metode survei, instrumen survei, logistik, izin, dll.
- Mampu melakukan survei lapangan dan mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan;
- Mampu meninjau dan mengevaluasi rencana tata ruang serta rencana sistem infrastruktur dan transportasi yang ada untuk peraturan dan pengembangan terkini
- Mampu merumuskan rencana tata ruang kota/rencana detail, termasuk tujuan perencanaan, kebijakan, dan strategi, struktur ruang, pola ruang, kawasan strategis/sub-WP prioritas, ketentuan pemanfaatan ruang, peraturan zonasi, dan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang.
| - Ability to select, communicate, and present data, analysis results and plan and/or design products professionally both graphically, in writing and orally by utilizing various appropriate media both manually and with assistive devices [computer, etc.].
- Ability to analyze the trends and needs of the area under study, its potentials and problems, as well as opportunities and challenges for future development.
- Ability to explain the procedures for preparing detailed spatial plans in full according to applicable regulations (coded practice);
- Ability to identify problems and issues of the planning area in general, as well as problems and issues of a given planning project, including infrastructure and transportation planning issues;
- Ability to prepare a survey plan, including data requirements and survey methods, survey instruments, logistics, permits, etc.
- Ability to conduct field surveys and collect necessary data;
- Ability to review and evaluate existing spatial plans as well as infrastructure and transportation system plans for current regulations and development.
- Ability to formulate city spatial plans/detailed plans, including planning objectives, policies, and strategies, spatial structure, spatial pattern, priority strategic areas, space utilization provisions, zoning regulations, and space utilization control.
