  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan secara menyeluruh bagaimana ekspresi gen diatur dalam organisme prokariot dan eukariot.
  2. Mahasiswa dapat menjelaskan metode penelitian molekuler dasar seperti PCR, kloning, dan analisis hasil sekuensing.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menguraikan prinsip dan aplikasi dari teknik genetika dan biologi molekuler terkini.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu memahami dan mengevaluasi artikel ilmiah dan menyarankan percobaan lanjutan.
  5. Mahasiswa mampu menguraikan masalah etika yang terkait dengan rekayasa genetika dan biologi molekuler.
