Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Memahami konsep LO and KM secara mendalam untuk mengembangkan Inovasi
  2. Memahami metode berbagai proyek-proyek knowledge reuse melalui “lessons learned sessions” dan the “double-cycled lessons learned”.
  3. Mengaplikasi teori-teori tersebut dalam interaksi supply and demand dari pengeta-huan seseorang, baik pada setting konten maupun kolaborasinya.
  4. Memahami pentingnya sosial media dan internet untuk sharing knowledge dengan mudah tanpa harus tersentralisasi.
  5. Memahami alasan utama untuk sharing yaitu untuk kolaborasi dan komunikasi, manajemen proyek, dan unjuk kerja yang lebih baik.
  6. Memahami pentingnya memperhatikan perbe-daan personal dalam berbagi informasi terma-suk norma dan etika.
  7. Memahami kelebihan pendekatan storytelling dalam engeksternalisasi pengetahuan.
